These terms govern your use of the Venturo Patenti website and classes. By booking a consultation or enrolling in classes, you agree to them.

Classes

Venturo Patenti offers live, online Italian language and Patente B theory classes, taught by Shikha Sharma. Class schedules are agreed individually after a free consultation.

Bookings and cancellations

Classes can be rescheduled by messaging Shikha on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. As course fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable except in rare, individually reviewed cases, classes missed without sufficient notice are not eligible for a refund or a make-up session.

Payments

Payment for the course is due in advance and is non-negotiable, except in rare, individually reviewed cases. EMI (instalment) payment plans are available for certain students, subject to eligibility. Ask Shikha during your consultation if you'd like to arrange one.

Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes on time and treat the teacher and any classmates with respect. Venturo Patenti reserves the right to decline or discontinue classes in cases of misconduct.

Limitation of liability

Venturo Patenti prepares students for the Patente B theory exam and Italian language assessments but cannot guarantee exam outcomes, which are determined by the relevant Italian authorities.
